Regional Groups

Images of Maine: CoastThe key to the MaineMCN is the existence of Regional Groups located across Maine. Members of these groups work together, using information and resources from the Steering Committee, to increase awareness of:

  • The challenges Service Members and their families face at home
  • What resources exist to offer assistance

Members of these groups do whatever it is that they do best. They also report back to the statewide Steering Committee about:

  • What is working in their area, to share ideas
  • Any needs or gaps in services that are not being met
