Networking

The MaineMCN relies on the basic power of networking in order to be effective.  People network to find a job, to find out who the best dentist is in town, etc… It is how we make sure that if we do not know how to help someone else with something, we at least know someone who will know the answer. People connecting directly with people is the best way to overcome stigma and other barriers to care.

Get connected. Join today. Sign up for the email list and you will receive a posting, no more than once per month, with information about trainings, resources and more. Or join a Regional Group and get more involved. It is up to you. Even small gestures can make a big difference in the lives of others.

No major advertising or high end budget is needed. Simply by inviting three of your friends or neighbors to a Regional Group meeting, or telling your co-worker about the Network’s Website and encouraging them to sign up,  you are expanding the network.
